We’re kicking off 2026 by doing something nonprofit leaders rarely give themselves permission to do: CELEBRATE!!!!!
As nonprofit leaders and directors, we pour everything into our missions—our communities, our teams, and the people we serve. The day-to-day work is meaningful… and relentless. Somewhere between grant deadlines, board meetings, and impact reports, we forget to pause and enjoy the fruits of our labor.
This year, we’re not waiting until the end of the year to celebrate.
